  • PRACHI DEORE,
    DDS

It has been my life-long dream to be a dentist. I owe this to my parents, both of whom are dedicated and conscientious dentists and are held in the highest regard by their peers and patients. I knew I had made the right career choice the day I treated my first patient.

I graduated from NYU College of dentistry in 2004.

The large variety of patients I treated in New York allowed me to interact with people from all walks of life. My patients were at different levels of dental awareness, education, and home dental care. This challenged my problem-solving skills and I learned to adapt dental treatment to a particular patient’s condition and to bring complex dental treatment plans, treatment options, and decisions down to a level that they could understand and could feel comfortable with.

I did a two-year General Practice Residency at UTHSC San Antonio Dental School from 2004 to 2006. The GPR expanded my horizons in patient care. In the University Hospital, I treated patients that needed dental treatment before major surgeries, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. I also provided dental care to mentally or physically handicapped patients under general anesthesia in the OR. These patients would not have received dental care otherwise and had an increased quality of life as a result of the care. I was on call in the ER during the residency. This sharpened my diagnostic skills and people skills. I learned to think on my feet and to function on four hours of sleep!

I joined the faculty at the San Antonio Dental School as an assistant clinical professor and supervised the pre-clinical and clinical education of junior and senior dental students.

I worked for two years as an associate dentist in a multi-clinic practice in DFW, gaining valuable, real-life experience in working with patients with a variety of dental issues. I also loved working with young children and educating them and their parents about their dental health. However, I realized that I wanted to provide dental care in a much more personalized environment and Coppell Smiles was the result!

Now we are a family dental practice in Coppell, Texas. Our mission is to be the dental office you trust with the dental care of your entire family.

  • Marianne F.
    RDH

I have a Bachelor's in Biology from Texas A&M University, and I became a Registered Dental Hygienist after studying at Austin Community College!  I’m SO happy I found the dental world— I used to be a teacher, and while I loved teaching, managing 30+ kids, 5 classes per day, was another story!
I am here for you- I’ll help you improve your oral health and optimize your smile!  By caring for your oral health, you are caring for your overall health- they are directly related!   I look forward to meeting you!

  • Alex F.
    Clinical Support Specialist

Hi!! My name is Alexandria, but I go by Alex. I have the honor of being a part of this practice as a Clinical Support Specialist. I’m a college student at Dallas Community College. I have career aspirations of becoming a licensed Hygienist one day. I also enjoy spending my free time reading books and doodling. My favorite part about my job is the sense of belonging and “family” relationship we have here. Our team is very supportive and fun. There’s never a dull moment, we can always joke around and make our day go by in a flash. Because of this, a big positive trait I admire in our team is how well we work together. We always treat our patients with the highest level of respect and do it efficiently.

  • Nelly H.
    Patient Concierge

I'm a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. I have a strong understanding of all dental procedures, protocols, and safety procedures. What I love most about being in Dentistry is being able to touch patients' lives positively, not only giving them a reason to smile but enhancing the quality of their lives. Being a dental assistant is so much more than just assisting. What I love the most about working at Coppell Smiles is that I have the privilege to work with Dr. Deore who is an amazing dedicated family Dentist committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate Oral Care for patients of all ages. Dr. Deore prioritizes patient comfort and utilizes the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure optimal oral health to 'Do Dentistry Differently'. Outside the dental office, I am a mother of 3 who loves spending time with them. Even though I'm a dental assistant, I enjoy eating ice cream and sweets. I just make sure to brush right after!! I also enjoy watching sports.

  • Oma E.
    Patient Concierge

I love being a dental assistant and helping you maintain and achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. Dr. Deore is a fantastic dentist to work with. I enjoy working with her and the rest of my team every day. Our team is full of diverse and enjoyable personalities. Everyone works as hard as they can to create an organized, enjoyable and welcoming workplace. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family especially my son. I love listening to music, cooking and meeting with friends. Playing soccer is my second best thing to do in my spare time. Always remember, 'You don't have to floss all your teeth, just the ones you want to keep.'

  • Jordan N.
    Appointment Specialist

Growing up I’ve always been the patient sitting in the dentist’s chair and I never thought I’d be a treatment coordinator behind the desk of Coppell Smiles assisting patients! My favorite thing about working as a treatment coordinator is being able to help our patients receive the best experience while in our office and watching our patients achieve their dental goals done by our dentist Dr. Deore. By starting with absolutely no experience in the dental field whatsoever, I love that I’ve been able to learn more about dentistry while on the job! I'm always open to continual learning. When I’m not working, you can find me listening to hard rock music, shopping for anything that’s Hello Kitty, funky, or cool, and having fun doing modeling photoshoots! I also love that I’m able to bring my funky, colorful, and fun vibes to my role in this team!

  • Faith M.
    Business Specialist

My favorite part of this field is watching people’s reactions to their new dental work. It is my goal day in and day out to assist Dr. Deore in providing every patient with a smile they are proud of by getting the most out of each patient's benefits. An insurance policy should not hinder a standard of care but rather enhance it. I graduated from the Texas Academy of Dental Assisting in Fort Worth Texas and have accumulated multiple certifications and training thereafter to better my craft. I am a family-oriented person who loves to travel. When I am not working, you can find me with my two kiddos and husband enjoying whatever event DFW has to offer that week. Coppell Smiles has proven to be a second home; this office is inviting and has allowed me to grow exponentially since I started. I'm normally stuck on hold with an insurance company, but you can also find me greeting patients and making sure they have the best experience possible.
